Thanks Kate and Kevin

Martha and I nap and slack off for a rest day. Kate makes us a wonderful dinner and bakes us kick ass banana bread for the road. Word.

Wisdom is cold

Yesterday's frozen waterbottles explained. National low at our Wisdom, MT campsite.

Good morning Dillon.

It is so much easier to get out of the sleeping bag when there is no frost covering the world.

A part of the start

Waterton has been a remarkable treat. Martha and I managed to fit in a hike over the Carthew-Alderson Trail before the rains came. By the time they arrived, so had Ron and Beth who opened their home yet again to us. Waterton holds a special place in my heart. Without the benefit of it and the Goble clan, it seems hard to imagine I would ever have endeavored to be on this bike trip.

World Class

We passed the world's largest flyrod in Houston, BC.

We passed Sparwood, BC, home to what used to be the worlds largest truck. It is apparently second place now and currently overshadowed by the world's largest ten-year-old seen here before her tantrum/rampage.

We crossed over the continental divide - again. Now we cross back into the US. I haven't heard of any world's largest items on the upcoming route but there are friends along the way. So long Canada.
